Terms & Conditions — aq66 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "aq66" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at aq66.io, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and digital products.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aq66 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the aq66 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which aq66 may apply to confirm the identity and eligibility of any Player.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aq66 governing your use of the Platform. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2.2 aq66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with aq66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and aq66.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or under instruction from any other person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms and that such person also meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to aq66 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. aq66 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

3.2 Verification. aq66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.3 Geographic Access. The Platform is operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of aq66 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. aq66 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than as explicitly stated.

3.4 Disqualified Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on aq66:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of aq66 or its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members of the above.
• Persons who have previously had an account suspended or terminated by aq66 for breach of these terms.
• Persons who have registered a valid self-exclusion with aq66 that remains in effect.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold exactly one registered account on aq66. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aq66 reserves the right to close all but the original account, merge balances at its sole discretion, and forfeit any bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aq66 will not be held liable for any financial or other loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify aq66 immediately via the live chat support channel. aq66 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

4.5 Account Currency. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aq66 does not support multi-currency accounts. The BDT balance displayed in your account dashboard is the definitive record of your available funds.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aq66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile financial service providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time at aq66's sole discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account and will be returned to the originating payment source where technically possible.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported mobile wallets are credited to the Player's account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aq66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the account dashboard. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours from the time of submission, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• No pending bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance being withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's verified real-money balance.
• The withdrawal destination matches the verified payment method registered to the account.

5.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. aq66 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or changed payment method.

5.6 No Third-Party Transactions. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned. Any balance accrued from third-party funds may be voided.

5.7 Transaction Fees. aq66 does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside aq66's control. Players are advised to consult their mobile wallet provider's fee schedule.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. aq66 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise. The minimum odds and eligible game types for meeting wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. aq66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited a promotion, engaged in arbitrage betting across offers, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will be considered abuse and handled accordingly under Section 8.

6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. aq66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are offered at aq66's sole discretion and do not form a contractual entitlement.

7.1 Placement of Bets. A bet is not accepted until aq66 has confirmed the wager and issued a bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will be void if no confirmation is recorded in aq66's system.

7.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. aq66 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at aq66's discretion.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by market, sport, game, and Player. aq66 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the bet was placed at erroneous odds; or the outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure at aq66's end.

7.5 Cricket and Sports Markets. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to those events as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

7.6 Casino Game Results. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game provider. aq66 does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a dispute over a casino game result, the records held by the game provider shall be the definitive reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aq66:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or age verification documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to events offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or from payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any content or data from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aq66 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.1 aq66 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for adult players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

9.2 Players aged 21 and above may access the following responsible gaming tools from the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum period chosen by the Player and cannot be reversed within that period.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property displayed within the casino game lobby remain the property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of such content outside the Platform is prohibited.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.1 aq66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12.2 aq66 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.

13.1 By aq66. aq66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, in a fraudulent manner, or in a way that poses a risk to aq66 or other Players.

13.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is suspended or closed due to Player breach of these terms, aq66 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where a verified real-money balance is confirmed and no fraud or breach is established, that balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure provided all verification requirements are satisfied.

13.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. aq66 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy.

14.1 aq66 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of these terms in force at the time of any bet placement, deposit, or withdrawal is the version that governs that transaction.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and aq66, the Player is encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance via live chat. aq66 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes in good faith within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

15.3 All transactions, bets, and account activity are recorded in aq66's server logs. In the event of a dispute, aq66's records shall constitute the primary reference point. Players who believe that a record is inaccurate must submit their complaint within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.
